a few good nuggets mixed in political agenda Review by Amanda M

she is wonderful as always, but a more liberal agenda surfaces throughout. I was slightly disappointed that she referred to highly politicized movements throughout this piece.
still love her though....

Audio is the way to go for Atlas of the Heart! Review by LEE

The way Brené Brown narrates brings life. Her voice communicates - I far prefer her narration to reading her books. She made this an engaging book.

Atlas of the Heart covers emotions. For me, every minute of it evokes feelings. She eases the listener into an openness to others' true feelings, and this will improve the quality of one's life, I believe.

Brene makes the information relevant by using stories and analogies to explain concepts that could be hard to understand. This book came along at the perfect time in my life... Highly recommend

Offers a spell binding journey through the plethora of emotions that we all experience. She holds our hand and encourages us to go to the best and scariest places,continuously reminding us WE CAN DO THIS. She reassured us we will all be better off. The prize is authentic connection and a deeper experience of Love with ourselves and all others.
