This book is one of the most raved books in my company and for good reason. I am one of the select few who hasn't read it from cover to cover and sometimes, it can be daunting when someone brings it up. I decided I'd read a shorter version, which came in the form of this book. I like that the concept of this summary is for "busy people" because the book is meant to keep the readers busy and inspired. The leadership tips found in the book are seriously awe-inspiring and can give anyone the motivation to someday be a leader.
